3. Order Shipment & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24-48 hours. You can track your package through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please contact our support team at info@autopartsvroom.com.

4. Inspecting Deliveries & Reporting Damages

We will assess the situation and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with our Return Policy.
