Returns Policy

At AutoParts VROOM, we strive to provide you with high-quality automotive parts and accessories. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return an item. To ensure a smooth and fair return process, we have established the following return policy. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase from us.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. Do not send the item back without prior communication with our customer support team.

2. Return Authorization

Returning the part is the responsibility of the customer. You must contact our customer support team to obtain a return authorization (RMA) label. The RMA label will provide instructions for the return process.

3. Return Timeframe

Items must be returned within 7 business days from the receipt of the RMA label. The address to which you should return the goods will be indicated in the RMA instructions provided at the time of the contract's conclusion.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you return any items to AutoParts VROOM, and the return address is redirected to the correct address specified in the RMA instructions, you will incur any additional expenses.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund promptly. Please note that we do not cover any operating costs for any parts sold by AutoParts VROOM.

6. Defective Items

If we find that the part is defective, we will initially attempt to replace it. If a replacement cannot be sent, we will provide a full refund of the total sale amount.

7. Warranty Period

Returned goods must reach us before the warranty period expires to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

8. Other Return Reasons

If the return is due to reasons other than those mentioned above (e.g., the customer ordered the wrong part or does not need the part), a 25 percent commission for returning the goods and the amount of delivery will be withheld upon return. To avoid such situations, we recommend consulting with a mechanical specialist before placing an order to ensure you select the correct part.
